The admissions journey
Four simple steps
Enquire
Write to us, call, or send a WhatsApp message. Tell us your child's age and the class you are seeking.
Visit
Come and see the school. Meet the teachers, walk the campus and ask us anything at all.
Apply
Complete the application with your child's documents: birth certificate, previous report card and transfer certificate, if any.
Welcome
On confirmation of a place, we help your child settle in and begin their journey with us.
Which class is my child eligible for?
Pick your child's date of birth and we will suggest the class, based on age at the start of the academic session in February.
Indicative only. Final class placement is decided by the school after the admission process.

When do admissions happen?
Our academic session runs February through January, following the Government of Sikkim calendar. Admission tests and enrolment happen before the session begins in February, but you can enquire at any time of year and we will guide you on the next available step.
Can my child join in the middle of the year?
Mid-session admission is possible when a seat is available in the class you are seeking. Write to us or call the office and we will tell you honestly what is open.
What documents do we need?
The birth certificate, the previous report card, and a transfer certificate if your child is moving from another school. We will confirm the full list for your child's class when you enquire.
What are the fees?
The current fee structure is shared during the enquiry process, and we will always discuss it with you openly before you apply. Please write to us or ask during your visit.
Does the school have a hostel?
Yes. Boarding is part of the life of the school, with resident staff, wholesome meals and a calm daily routine. See the Boarding page for what a day looks like, and visit us to see it in person.
Can we visit before applying?
Please do. A visit is the best way to know whether your child will be happy here. Call or WhatsApp the office and we will arrange a time.
Which board does the school follow?
The school is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, Affiliation No. 1820149, and is accredited as a Sai School by the Institute of Sathya Sai Education.
How will I stay informed about my child?
Through parent-teacher meetings held across the year, report cards after examinations, and the school office, which is always reachable by phone, WhatsApp or email.
